Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using haulermath.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The service

HaulerMath provides free trucking calculators, market data, and reference content. All outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and public data sources.

3. No professional advice

HaulerMath is not a legal, tax, accounting, insurance, brokerage, or financial-advisory service. Nothing on the Site is professional advice. Decisions about rates, contracts, loads, equipment purchases, or business operations are yours alone.

4. Accuracy

We work to keep data current (diesel prices, FMCSA records, lane notes), but we do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify against your own records and official sources before making operational or financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mass-harvest, or republish HaulerMath content without written permission.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access non-public areas.
  • Use the Site to violate any law or third party's rights.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive content via feedback or contact forms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, code, copy, and data compilations are © HaulerMath. The underlying public data (EIA, FMCSA, BLS) remains the property of its respective publishers.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or display content from third parties (e.g., Google AdSense). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAULERMATH AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HaulerMath harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HaulerMath is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
