1. Who we are

HaulerMath ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at https://haulermath.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Email address and feedback content when you contact us or use feedback forms.
  • Calculator inputs (rates, miles, costs) — used to compute results in your browser; we do not store these unless you sign in and explicitly save a report.
  • Account information (email, hashed password) if you create an account.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, referring page, timestamp).
  • Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising.
  • Aggregated usage analytics via Google Analytics 4.

3. How we use your information

  • To operate and improve the calculators and tools.
  • To respond to support, feedback, or correction requests.
  • To prevent abuse and secure the site.
  • To measure traffic and content performance in aggregate.
  • To serve advertising (see Section 5).

  • Google AdSense — advertising.
  • Supabase — backend hosting and authentication.
  • EIA & FMCSA — public data sources; we send no personal data to them.

Server logs are retained up to 90 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Analytics data is retained per Google's defaults.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Email privacy@haulermath.com to exercise these rights.

9. Children

HaulerMath is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
